Sarah-Hayley's courses and lessons are designed to give you the tools to develop and maintain your business social media.

The course is much more than learning social media, it aims to give you a better knowledge of your brand and how to achieve the attention it deserves.  It is less intensive than the lessons and provides an overview of what you can put into action. It takes place over a day and runs through each of the ten lessons. 

This course would be suitable for people with a basic to intermediate knowledge of social media.

The social media lessons provide a slower and more adaptive approach.  Each lesson is 4 hours long. To complete the course you will need 10 lessons.

This is a one-to-one training class.

What you will learn throughout this course.

  • How to set up social media for your business/ basic log in details,
  • How to organize and manage a realistic social media strategy, tailored to your brand or business.
  • How to grow your social media profiles and why.
  • How to monetize your social media

This is your opportunity to learn how to not only stand out from competitors but also how to successfully control your social media.

Morning Day One
9.30am – Arrive, refreshments, chat and get organized.
9.40am – Lesson 1, 2 and 3
11.am – Coffee/Tea is served
11.10am – Lesson 4 and 5
12.30.pm – Lunch can be provided or you are able to find somewhere local. Menu and options to be provided a head of the day.

 

Afternoon
1.15pm – Lesson 6 / Homework materials are explained
2.15pm – Coffee/Tea is served
2.25pm – Lesson 7 and 8
3.30pm - Juice or Smoothie is served
3.40pm Lesson 9 and 10
4.45pm - Finish

There will be a quick explanation of social media and how it can be used to have a dialogue with your clients and customers.

Lesson 2 - Understand Your Brand

This is an opportunity to work out your unique brand story, set realistic goals that is linked to your content and potential audience.

Lesson 3 - Who, What, Where and Why

Figure out who you’re selling to, where your customer base is and why they want your product.

Lesson 4 - Understanding Social Media For Your Brand

Sarah-Hayley will help you to work out the best social media channels to use for your content.

Lesson 5 - Social Media Insights

How to use social media insights to track your engagement and why these will help planning content

Lesson 6 - Increase Your Engagement

Learn how to engage with your customers and clients.

Lesson 7 - Planning Your Content

Learn how to create engaging content and plan it ahead of time with a content calendar and a specific lead time.

Lesson 8 - Share

Learn about scheduling tools and services that will help you share content when time is tight.

Lesson 9 - Developing, Always

Learn to develop with not only your social media but other technology that comes your way.

Lesson 10 - Paid Content
